DIY Baby Projects
Expecting a baby many women enjoy buying things for babies but making them yourself can be even much more fun. Below you will see several DIY projects you can make for babies that are completely adorable and don't require extra special skills. 1. Fabric Applique Onesie.

Thermoweb Heat'n Bond Ultra Hold Iron-On Adhesive
Step 1: Cut a piece of fabric the size of your shape.
Step 2: Place your fabric onto the Heat'n Bond and cut it to size.
Step 3: Peel the paper layer from the Heat'n Bond, then place the fabric front side down and the Heat'n Bond with the texture down, on the fabric. Press with an iron on medium heat for 2 – 3 seconds. Wait until it cools.
Step 4: Peel the fabric away from the remaining paper backing.
Step 5: Place your fabric on your Silhouette cutting mat and format the images you want to cut.
Step 6: Put the cutting mat into the Silhouette machine and cut.
Step 7: Peel away the fabric to reveal the shape you cut.
Step 8: Place the fabric shape on your onsie with the fabric side up.
Step 9: Press the shape with an iron on medium heat for 2-3 seconds in each spot to adhere. Make sure the edges get a good seal.
Step 10: Wait until it cools and an adorable customized outfit is ready!
2. Burp Cloths
Step 1: Purchase your cloth diapers at a department store like Target or Walmart.
Step2: Measure the center of the burp cloth, then add 1" to each measurement for the seam.
Step 3: Cut your flannel to the measurement that you figured (for example 21" x 5") but it may depend on your size.
Step 3: Iron your fabric, then turn it over and fold the long edges in 1/2" and iron, then fold the ends in 1/2" and iron those.
Step 4: Place it on the cloth diaper and pin it.
Step 5: Sew the flannel to the cloth diaper using a zig zag stitch.
3. DIY Flower Clips
Step 1: Purchase some decorative trim that you like at your local sewing store.
Step 2: Hot glue the decorative trim as you wrap it around. You may glue the ribbon/trim to a round piece of felt while gluing, or just glue the felt on afterwards.
Step 3: Glue the flower you have just made on an alligator clip or elastic.
4. Ruffle Headband
1. Get some fabric or felt and cut out your circles.
2. Fold them in half, and then in half again.
3. Glue them on. You can glue them on in a circular shape, or you can add extra to the sides.
4. Attach the ruffle to the band.
